Analysis of bio-oil effectiveness from coconut shells py roly sis as biopesticide by potentiometric biosensor

Abstract Coconut shell (CS) is one waste that can be processed to produce bio-oil by pyrolysis method used as an active ingredient of biopesticides. The purpose this study analyze the effectiveness from coconut shells biopesticides optimizing performance potentiometric biosensors based on acetylcholinesterase enzymes including: % inhibition test, range work concentration, Limit detection (LoD) and accuracy. results measurement percent concentration natural pesticides lowest 10- 6 2 (v/v) obtained value respectively were 62.16; 58.08; 54.75; 49.15; 38.99; 26.98 17.27 %. analysis showed a linearity with correlation coefficient 0.951 in 10 −8 −2 (v/v). LoD 7 accuracy average recovery 98.17 %, therefore testing done using enzyme.
